Join Charley Jordan as we learn and participate in a therapeutic horticulture activity. For this activity we will be exploring the world of microgreens and getting our hands dirty propagating them.

Participants will walk away with a bit of knowledge of micro greens and a small container of them to grow at home on their own.

Charley Jordan is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Four Special Operations Aviator and currently a professor and a flower farmer. Charley is an adjunct professor of aeronautics for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and owns and operates Jordan Farms of Woodlawn, Tennessee. Jordan Farms specializes in market flower bouquets and arrangements along with forest grown mushrooms and agritourism events. Charley is a graduate of the inaugural University of Tennessee Certificate in Horticulture Therapy program and currently conducts therapeutic horticulture therapy activities throughout the Clarksville, TN community.
