In our recipe, juicy heirloom tomatoes are paired with fresh ginger, brown sugar, lime, cloves, and jalapeño peppers for kick. This jam is absolutely delicious on a BLT or a grilled cheddar cheese sandwich (we love to add our BELL Garden pesto too!). It also makes a lovely accompaniment to grilled fish or a condiment for burgers.
