Stress Less with Yoga and Herbs

A gentle yoga practice suitable for all skill levels. Students will incorporate movement with breathing and tips for lowering stress with aromatic, culinary herbs. Your instructor, Natalie Scholberg, MS, E-RYT 200, RYT 500* is also a member of the Herb Society of Nashville.

Students need to bring their own mat and water.
*Natalie has a Master of Science in Marketing Communications and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), having completed more than 500 hours of teacher training. The E-RYT 200 means she has more than 1000 teaching hours after having completed the first level of teacher training (the RYT 200).
