Healthy Cooking with Fall Produce

Join us for a delicious class where students will learn – and taste – great ways to cook the produce that is available now including beets, kale, butternut squash and collards!
MENU: Beet hummus, butternut squash, kale and farro salad, Instant Pot black eyed peas and collards, beet, banana and blueberry muffins.
