In this workshop, Renee will guide you through four 2-hour classes, each building upon one another.
Week three we talk about everyone’s favorite topic — “food”. A no-nonsense, no holds barred talk about what a balanced diet looks like, food as medicine, gut health, intuitive eating, and if intermittent fasting is right for you and how all of it effects your biological age. At the end of this session, you will be able to take what you have learned and create a “doable” diet that is perfect just for you.
By the end of this four week workshop you will have the tools you need to achieve and maintain a better quality of life…What is more important than that?
