Four Steps - Week 4

In this workshop, Renee will guide you through four 2-hour classes each building upon one another. 

Week four is all about stressors. Some stressors, like exercise (you knew this was coming) are good for you, and some stressors, like life stress and lack of sleep, are not. You will learn how stress impacts your biological age and how to use it to your advantage.

By the end of this four week workshop you will have the tools you need to achieve and maintain a better quality of life…What is more important than that?

Renee Anzalone is an ACSM certified personal trainer and cancer exercise trainer, PN certified nutrition coach, and professional private chef, with over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.

NOTE:  It is not required to attend all classes, but it is recommended.
