In this workshop, Renee will guide you through four 2-hour classes each building upon one another.

Week two you will learn how to kick your bad habits to the curb and replace them with new habits that serve you. We will be using easy, evidence-based techniques from the New York Times’ best selling book Atomic Habits by James Clear. Most people have trouble changing their habits because they rely on sheer willpower or because they are using an ineffective system. You will learn the four laws of habit change and see how tiny changes can yield remarkable results.

By the end of this four week workshop you will have the tools you need to achieve and maintain a better quality of life…What is more important than that?

Renee Anzalone is an ACSM certified personal trainer and cancer exercise trainer, PN certified nutrition coach, and professional private chef with over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.
