Class 1, Your Why

In this workshop, Renee will guide you through four 2-hour classes, each building upon one another.

Week one is the most important: it will get you “mentally” in the game and help you stay there. You will discover your “why”. Your Why is your central belief. It’s the concept that motivates you to get out of bed in the morning. When you have a strong enough “why” you can do anything. You will also learn how to create a bullet proof mindset. If you don’t believe you can, you cant.

By the end of this four week workshop you will have the tools you need to achieve and maintain a better quality of life…. What is more important than that?

Renee Anzalone is an ACSM certified personal trainer and cancer exercise trainer, PN certified nutrition coach, and professional private chef with more than 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.

NOTE: It is not required to attend all classes, but it is recommended.
